The Anglo-Thai Society (ATS) held its Annual Meeting on Monday 22nd June 2015 at the House of Lords. Once again, ATS is indebted to Lord Geddes whose sponsorship enables us to meet in such an impressive venue. Members and their guests enjoyed another delightful evening in the Cholmondeley Room with it's stunning views of the River Thames and were entertained by the wonderful sound of the Thai Music Circle. The good weather meant that full use could be made of the riverside terrace. The event was attended by the recently appointed Thai Ambassador to the U.K. and the Society's patron, HE Mr. Kittiphong Na Ranong, who was accompanied by his wife.
ATS Chairman Dr Orapin Dawson welcomed everyone and recounted the successful events of the past year. In his response, the Thai Ambassador talked about the closeness of Thai UK relations and the co-operation between the Embassy and ATS.
